toyomotor, It's very common on craigslist and other community bulletin boards. Also selling drugs and stolen goods. They just used urban phrases that are not familiar to everyone. In fact some go so far as to actually request the items they would like stolen, size , color etc. No shame but then not so different from Lobbyists and congressmen.

I'm hoping that this comment was intended as a joke, as was the OP.
Franky hit the nail on the head, it was a complex sentence and I deliberately brought the wrong subject to the fore to highlight what I considered a bit of a joke-but also sloppy sentence structure by a journalist.
