Is the Giza plateau one massive man made rock? The video shows some new images and an amazing staircase descending right into the plateau itself.

If the Giza Plateau is proven to be a man made object, it will have been enormous, and, once again I pose the question "who could have built it?"

Each new day seems to bring new anthropological and/or archaeological revelations.

More Nacza lines have been discovered.

Who made them and how?

Quote That staircase is phenomenal. Water in the desert ,why not? We don't know anything lol.

You're right again, it's starting to become a habit.

There's much we have yet to learn, I often wonder what we're not being told about.

Remember the peasants of Wessex believing the Giants built Roman city of Bath? A mere handful of people knew the thread of historical fact.

The pyramid of Djedefre.  discussed on wikipedia.

Acted as a wonderful stone quarry since the New Kingdom, through Augustus, until the 19th century.

The chambers were underneath, instead of inside, could that be the stairway??

It probably is a military testing ground, gotta have a lot of room to run live fire-exercises.
Lot of area may be off-limits because live ammunition laying around.  Also keeps treasure hunters
at bay.  Archaeologists tend to be territorial.  Less mysterious than one might think.

You know, when they cut corners on their description, saying all those stones wore away. they hint at something superstitious about the military base (or whatever it is), etc, etc, it makes me suspect other exaggerations, that the rock of the the entire plateau is man made, "mysterious" staircase.

Are you trying to spam Vanuatu?

They said in the video that it was part of a military base, or something like that, which is why (they said) it is generally off limits.  They made it sound sinister, like they are trying to hide something out there.  I just think that there are probably perfectly good explanations, but sensationalism sells.

I don't know what it means to 'spam' somebody, at least not in this context....

Quote They said in the video that it was part of a military base,

What was said on the video is, that it is claimed to have been a "secret military base".

Archaeologists have yet to finish examining the site, and at this stage, it's too early to say what it was.
