Malala Yousafzai is a miraculous fearless hero.
She fearlessly stand for a human right for education and got shot.  She is still holding her ground.
I would say she is the only hope in world to keep muslim from becoming radicalized.  People, especially muslims often need miracle to see what’s right and guided.

Sure, but will she ever be safe though?

She's not playing it safe, she is fighting for her rights, and for the dignity of women in a society (Waziristan) that has not historically recognized such things.  But, she has a lot of integrity and a lot of leverage with the international and national recognition, the million or so dollars doesn't hurt either.  She's not going to solve everything, but just by her media presence she makes the world a better place.
