If I want to quote something, I use the quote tags...

So the rule is, when you want to interject a comment in a text, copy or write
[ /QUOTE ]
 xxxx
[ QUOTE ]
 
 
and write your comment instead of the xxxx....

 
(I have spaces inside the square brackets in this post for demonstration - they shouldn't be there when you use this)
