I tried to get into HOI 3 but just couldn't.  I wasn't really a big fan of the new look of it.  I am, however, still much addicted to HOI 2.

I still miss tech teams from HoI2 but HoI3 has much more advantages. Still I occasionally play HoI2. You are welcome to forum, anyway.

This looks to me like some boring yearly balance from an accountant in a middel sized cooperative company.... Wink

Calculations? It is fun figuring out how to field one more armoured division or a battleship... It's always a great amusement to break throughout enemy lines and encircling them. Or just withdrawing to a more favorable terrain and shortening line because you are facing a vastly superior enemy.

This might like complicated to most people. But once you get into it, it is nothing harder than playing regular strategy games. As you know, even when playing chess, you need all consentration you have. But this game is usually forgiving about occasional mistakes if you are playing as a powerful country.

This game has lots of flavors that makes me love it.

Some events and decisions from the game...

I'm currently planning to waste few weeks of my life in Fallout New Vegas. Yeaww baby, deathclaws, super mutants, epic post apocalyptic role playing atmosphere... But I think this time I will play as a good character instead of playing as neutral (my favorite as my nick secretly exposes it). Nahhh, being good is boring, I will rather hang out neutral again Tongue

Definitely educational - but maybe not the most social and  outgoing education for a young man.
How many girlfriends can it produce?
